BAB Labs™ offers two distinct program formats: a half-day Baseline Leader Lab™ that introduces fundamental DEI principles, and a full-day BAB Leader Labs™, tailored to specific sectors including Health Equity Leader Lab™, Academic DEI Leader Lab™, Financial Services DEI Leader Lab™, Sports DEI Leader Lab™, and HR and Talent Recruitment DEI Leader Lab™. The full-day labs delve into the past, present, and future DEI challenges within these fields, accompanied by a three-month digital coaching program initiated by the first in-person session. This approach ensures a deeper, practical understanding of DEI, equipping leaders and aspiring leaders with actionable strategies and skills.

Baseline DEI Leader Lab

Three Part Half Day ( 4 hour) Immersive covering baseline principles of diversity, equity and inclusion. Applicable for any industry or role.

The Baseline DEI Lab™ provides foundational DEI education tailored for a diverse range of participants. This half day session equips attendees with essential DEI concepts, including accessibility, race, ethnicity, gender identity, allyship, and cultural collaboration. Each Bubbles and Bridges Leader Lab™ is meticulously crafted to address sector-specific DEI challenges. Beyond the full-day live session, our unique 3-month digital follow-up program, featuring real-life scenarios and reinforcement exercises, ensures knowledge retention and application. Studies suggest that without ongoing learning, up to 70% of training fails to effect lasting change. How do I know if this is relevant for my industry or role? 

The program is for those interested in learning key DEI adaptations relevant to the current climate and beyond. Attendees of the BAB Leader Labs™ include government, law enforcement, businesses in the beauty, medical, finance, tech, advertising, consumer goods, fashion industries, and academia. Learning how to build and/or scale an innovative DEI framework applies to every sector and business size, and if your goal is to evolve and stay ahead in DEI, then our programs are right for you. 

Why are they invitation only?

Each lab is made up of professionals who are there to learn, acquire insight, and gain value. We keep each group small to maximize value and guarantee that all participants get the most out of it. Labs provide a thoughtfully curated environment in which to learn, build, and connect.

Is there a virtual option for any labs?

No, we do not offer any virtual options and attendance in person is mandatory for entire session to earn a certificate. The only virtual aspect of our programs are the full day BAB Leader Labs - the virtual work is done after completing a full in person live session.

We spend a substantial amount of time, and resources curating a program and setting that is highly valuable for each Baseline Leader Lab™ and BAB Labs™; therefore, tickets are not refundable. However, you may exchange your date of attendance for another lab within one calendar year of your missed lab. Subject to availability. Please note a reschedule may only be available the following year or in a different city, therefore we encourage attendance.
