Part education, consulting, and deep dive, a Healthcare Leader DEI Lab™ is a five part diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) education program, designed by and for healthcare leaders. The program is designed with the reality and demands of healthcare today in mind, with a two pronged approach of being in-person for the first practical education facilitation, then a virtual model for 3 months after the program to reinforce learning materials theoretically. In an effort to maintain high quality value in takeaway, we keep the events to a smaller group, which allows for a more personalized setting. Unlike a conference with sometimes hundreds or thousands of attendees, this is designed with the individual leader in mind.
