Topics covered: DEI & Health Equity Principles, Bias in healthcare, Language & terminology, Patient & colleague allyship, DEI conflict resolution. This five-part program begins with a live (mandatory) in-person session followed by a three-month virtual program to provide ongoing support and reinforcement. The program aligns with Joint Commission DEI and health equity goals, ensuring long-term success for clinical and non-clinical leaders. Program overview includes six DEI modules, interactive breakout sessions, and a post-course toolkit.
