BAB Core Principles

What we stand for.

Our Core Principles are the operating philosophy behind every Lab, every coaching engagement, and every leadership meeting we are invited into. They are how we work, and how we hold ourselves accountable to the leaders who trust us with the harder questions.

I.

Find the blind spots

Every leader, team, and organization operates inside a specific set of assumptions and cultural defaults. Naming those blind spots, precisely and without defensiveness, is the first move toward decisions that hold up across markets, generations, and stakeholders you don't yet have in the room.

II.

Lead with intent

Before any operating decision, strategic, structural, or cultural, clarity of intent has to lead. Intent shapes priorities, focuses innovation, and anchors growth in something more durable than the last quarter's pressure. We help you set the vision before you set the strategy.

III.

Shape the mindset

Mindset governs how leaders lead, how teams collaborate, and how organizations evolve. We help you surface the assumptions quietly capping your progress, and replace them with a mindset engineered for agility, scale, and opportunity.

IV.

Build with transparency

Trust compounds, and so does its absence. We build engagements, org designs, and communications that hold up when the room, the press, or the regulator asks how the decision actually got made.

V.

Speed and sustainability

The best leaders move fast without breaking the things that matter. We design programs that produce results this quarter and durable capability next year, not one at the expense of the other.

VI.

Embed consistency

Culture shows up in the small, repeated moments. We install the systems, rhythms, and language that make inclusion, foresight, and rigor a default posture, not a periodic initiative.

The principles are the theory.

See how we put them into practice.

What leaders are saying.

If you as a leader want to engage more, I strongly recommend Nyasha' (DEI) programs for inspiration and action.

Markus Graf

Global Head of Talent, Novartis

The day inspired me to get to know both my colleagues and community members a little more by getting curious about who they are and where they come from. I will look for more opportunities for these types of conversations because of this program.

Danielle Meroli

Officer, Bentley University

Nyasha is a thought leader, providing highly valuable and motivational DEI guidance.

Nontokozo Madonsela

Chief Marketing Officer, Momentum Metropolitan Holdings

I liked the fact that the instructor made the teaching environment open to discussion and a safe place to talk about (DEI) topics.

E. Malone

City of Southbridge

The baseline education program was informative, gave leadership useful resources and the instructor was great at opening up the room.

Dr. Lisa Mark

Regional Chief Medical Officer

(BAB's) Lab's program embedding DEI deeply within academic healthcare is pivotal, preparing students to lead with empathy and inclusiveness.

Dr. Keniesha Thompson, MD

Assistant Dean of Student Affairs
